These Terms of Purchase govern your purchase of and participation in SimpleSane programs, including SimpleSane Weight Loss and related digital offerings (collectively, the “Program”).
By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before enrolling.
Digital Products & Access
All SimpleSane offerings are digital products unless otherwise stated.
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the program or materials as described at the time of purchase. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any SimpleSane content.
Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
By completing your purchase, you authorize SimpleSane to charge your selected payment method for the full amount shown at checkout.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once enrolled.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid for the duration of the payment schedule. If a payment fails, you agree to provide an updated payment method promptly.
SimpleSane reserves the right to suspend access to the Program if payments are not completed as agreed.
Refund Policy
SimpleSane Weight Loss includes a limited refund window.
You may fully participate in the first live coaching call. If you determine the Program is not the right fit, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected]before the second live coaching call begins.
If a timely request is received:
Pay-in-full purchases will be refunded in full.
Payment plan purchases will be refunded for the amount paid to date (typically the first installment). Remaining installments will be cancelled.
Once the second live coaching call begins, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after that time.
Because the Program includes immediate access to digital materials, no partial refunds are provided beyond the refund window stated above.
Educational Disclaimer
SimpleSane programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Program is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. SimpleSane and its representatives are not acting as physicians, therapists, registered dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers.
Nothing in the Program should be interpreted as a recommendation to start, stop, or modify any medication, supplement, or medical treatment.
Always consult your qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, medications, or lifestyle.
Personal Responsibility
By purchasing and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that results vary and are influenced by many individual factors, including consistency, health history, lifestyle, and biological differences.
You understand that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results while participating in the Program.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by SimpleSane — including videos, live call recordings, written materials, graphics, frameworks, assignments, and program structure — is the intellectual property of SimpleSane and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, share, publish, record, teach, resell, or create derivative works from any Program materials without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of Program content may result in termination of access and legal action if necessary.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in activities that may involve changes to nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and health-related behaviors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleSane and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your participation in or use of the Program.
You agree that your participation is at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for your health decisions and outcomes.
In no event shall SimpleSane’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
Changes to These Terms
SimpleSane reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Purchase at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued access to or participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program shall be resolved in the State of California.
