Here’s what you’ll experience over six months.
Month 1 — Work With Your Biology Instead of Against It
We build a new foundation so weight can begin to loosen its grip. Discover why your body defends a higher weight—especially after 40—and how signals like hunger, cravings, energy, stress, and fullness can be re-tuned. Month 3 — Personalized Fuel (Not a Diet)
By this point, you’ve already felt how certain food shifts change your signals. Now we refine. This month bridges early wins with deeper personalization, as we tailor your fuel to keep hunger, energy, and mood steadier. You’ll begin a guided test-and-apply process to identify foods that quietly interfere with weight loss, sleep, or emotional balance. No guesswork. Just real data, real relief, and a personalization skill you’ll use for life.
Month 4 — Hormones, Sleep & the Nervous System
This month connects the dots between sleep, stress, hormones, gut health, and inflammation — and why fat loss can stall when these systems fall out of sync. Cortisol, circadian timing, and nervous system regulation come into focus, clarifying their impact on hunger, cravings, bloating, and scale fluctuations. The food sensitivity test is completed through a guided reintroduction process, with support for reading body signals clearly and responding with confidence instead of panic or overcorrection.
